Our Civil Engineering department staff combines their extensive and varied professional experience with state-of-the-art technology to bring projects from concept to completion.

Our Services include:

• Site Analysis and Design for development and redevelopment of single-family residences, multi-family and commercial developments, residential subdivisions, and municipal facilities.  
• Environmental Permitting at local, county, state and federal levels including zoning compliance, Developments of Regional Impact, and wetlands regulation compliance. 
• Stormwater Management Design for residential, commercial, and municipal projects. 
• Utility Infrastructure Design including gravity sewer systems, sewer lift stations, water supply development, and water distribution systems. 
• Wastewater Treatment Plant Design including innovative/alternative technologies for treatment and on-site disposal of sanitary wastewater with projects ranging in size from single-family homes in environmentally-sensitive areas to large-scale resorts, multi-family residential developments, schools, and commercial developments up to 50,000 gallons per day. 
• Construction Contract Administration.
